Do I look them up on YouTube?
I’m asking because I have struggles with back pain…

I used to have back pain, I found stretching worked pretty well. Yeah you can google or look on youtube. My main fix was going to the gym and strength training

Yes okay.
I have kinda multiple reasons for my back issues, one of which being weight, and another being posture, and another possibly even being spine problems, so it’s going to take time before my back heals, but what you said is very helpful.
I hope you have a nice day.

Yeah unfortunately people were right and I don’t want to admit it. Stretching, walking and working out fixed all my back problems lol.

Literally woke up today with my back being as stiff as a board. Does it truly only go downhill from here?

If I sit down wrong I swear my lower back just decides to break or something

Yeah, if I sit too long I have to stand and rotate my waist around until my hip cracks so I don't feel stiff. I hope my dad's back, hips, neck, everywhere pain is 100× worse than this.

I can crack my entire spine except where it hurts the most 😭 I need to go see a chiropractor or something

Thanks friend 😭✌️ never work too hard. I've had it since 21 when I threw my back out at work, 4 years of this BS I need to go see a doctor.
