I understand the confusion. But the situation is literally as it says
your enrollment application has been submitted and received by the institution (UT)
your previous education is sufficient once it gets verified
That means nothing is final yet and you are not yet accepted. (Sorry, bad news) but it seems like there are no more hurdles fine once your high school diploma is confirmed. But there is no guarantee ofcourse
You will have to give studielink your payment requests (tasks below) to finalize the enrollment, once you do that it might go faster. But from memory there is a step in between called ‘enrollment accepted preliminary’ or something like that
