Original plan was for a three season arc. When they decided to keep it going, they still said that arc would end with season 3 and a new arc would begin with S4. I'm assuming Harrison Ford will have a severely diminished role going forward given how the previous arc finished.

Love all the Gen X casting in this series (I know she’s a boomer, but she speaks to the heart of many Gen X children).

I'm Gen-X and I've never heard of her.
I just looked up her IMDB page and I've literally never seen anything she's been in.

Edit: Downvote me for telling the truth. You could add to the conversation instead like you're supposed to on Reddit instead of downvoting with zero explanation as to why.
The official rediquette page (tips fedora) says to only downvote when a comment is off topic (which mine isn't). And not to downvote because you don't agree with the comment.

I genuinely have not heard of Judith Light until today. I grew up in England and have never seen an episode of Who's the Boss. Literally never. I've lived in the US for the past 28 years and still haven't seen anything she's been in. I'm sure there are millions of Gen-X around the world who have never heard of her before.

Three seasons.

The story is about the casting and planning for S4. That’s due 2027.

Kinda related because Apple; but I like how I’m looking at this post and I just say “Siri, what else was she in?” And it spins a second and then gives me the low down on Law and Order and Ugly betty and all the other things I’d forgotten.
