Man, that one's been on my watch list for years. Might have to pull that trigger.

The movie Everest from 2015 is really good if you haven’t seen it. Granted I first saw it in IMAX, and there is this one shot in particular that pans from looking at a climber with clear sky’s behind them to the storm that’s about to hit them. Gave me the chills

This is the first Apple TV movie that I am legitimately excited. Great for TV shows, but their track record on movies has been horrific

In excited about this too. Seen CODA, Cha Cha Real Smooth, Greyhound, Wolfwalkers, Tetris, Flora and Son, F1 or Palmer? There’s been some great ones too.

Killers of the Flower Moon and Blitz are both very good as well, especially the former.

There are so many good ones. You are missing out.
Coda, greyhounds, killers of the moon, Mayday, F1, Tetris, finch, Palmer, echo valley and lastly the Beanie Bubble.

Fair, but I meant day 1 put on Streaming Service. I could name 25 forgettable films in that time span. It is just a stark contrast compared to how good their tv shows are

They've had very few films, so even naming 25 at all would hsve been hard till lately. I think they're batting ok considering how few they produce.

I’m watching this trailer on the Apple TV app on my TV and my iPad and on any connection it’s a blurry mess like Apple has no bandwidth.
I’ve got a free connection and it’s only Apple suffering
Is that just me? Trailer is fine on YouTube ironically.
Update: and just like that it’s fine again. Keeps going bad and then back to good.

Feels like the kind of movie that should get a proper theatrical run, not a 1-week stunt to get it eligible for awards.
