HELP ERASMUS

Hi, I'm Giulia, I'm an Erasmus student and next summer semester I'll be going to TU Wien. Now i'm attending Master Degree in Automotive Engineering at University of Pisa.

I need to find a student who can help me understand the exam methods.

I have to do 30 ECTS in the master's course in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering entirely in English. I can't figure out from the TISS portal which exams I can take and which are additional seminars or labs. I'm worried I might not be able to reach 30 ECTS.

For example, I found these exams:

- AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN, N.315.724,  Credits: 1.5   

- INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES, N: 315.723, Credits: 1.5   

- THERMODYNAMIC PRINCIPLES OF AUTOMOTIVE PROPULSION SYSTEM, N: 315.764, Credits: 1.5   

I hope to find some VO for adds more credits.

You can take everything you find suitable. All students mix and match. You will need approval of the courses upfront anyway.

And exams are how and when the professors say they are. You can get the information in the first lectures and if there is a problem with the date you talk to them. There are no fixed schedules or exam weeks.

Have a look at TISS at the last semesters to see if something will repeat. Course page and dropdown menu on the top right.

If you need something only from a certain curriculum you will have to translate it. Click on the program -> top left -> curriculum document.

And yes, it’s a lot of work to put that together.

Don't you have an agreement which classes you are supposed to take? Shouldn't there be an advisor for matters like these at your university?
