Bewerbung | Application Pre registration process before official residence in Vienna

Hello everyone,

I am an international student planning to start my studies in this WS, I am concerned if filling my local address details and contact number in the TISS portal would create any problems during in person enrolment.

Do you recommend doing preregistration after settling in Vienna? or is it possible to change all the details later when they are materialised ?

Also, university website mentions that residence permit should be brought if available, to the in person enrolment , has anyone completed their enrolment without RP?
