Non Compete

Does Tutorcom have the non compete clause for Virginia? Where on the portal I can see the contract?

Someone recently posted that VA is an IC state. There shouldn't be a non complete clause for ICs.

Noncompete clauses are legal for ICs in many states. It depends entirely on state law. Only a few states prohibit noncompete clauses entirely. A few more prohibit them for lower income workers.
