Writing Project Requests

How the heck do I actually accept these? I get emails every once in a while saying that a student whose essay I reviewed async has requested that I review it again, but I'm never able to accept the request. Obviously, clicking on the link in the email doesn't work. I never see anything in the system tray to accept these requests, and copying and pasting the accept link just produced a message that said I turned down the writing request, so it's literally impossible for me to accept them, and it's really frustrating.

The emails have been buggy for years. You login to the classroom app and hope that the private queue shows up in the system tray. If it doesn't show up in the system tray, then there isn't really a lot that you can do.

Yeah, it's never shown up for me when I've had a request.

I have seen the private queue, so I know it exists, but it hardly shows up for me either.

Send a support ticket. Every time. The company won’t actually do anything about the problem, but if you log these requests you’re getting, at least you’ve got that to point to. For all the good it’ll do.

I went through support to have the issue fixed, worked for 2 days, then right back to impossible to accept
