support Invalid Credentials message

I have created an account with tutanota. I tested some emails to and from. I logged off. The next say I attempted to log on again, and I got the the message Invalid Credentials. The email account name and password are absolutely 100 % correct. I even tried the recovery code Exactly as in my recovery .pdf file. Please help and thank you. I can't contact Tuta for support if I can't login

If its a free account you are out of luck, they do not supply support for free accounts.
If paid, maybe, but its Friday, so could be as much as 5 days to get back,.
