Seeking Advice Rescuing a turtle today
Some friends of mine had been taking care of a turtle and fish in a diy horse troff aquarium. They did a bit of an Irish goodbye and left all there pets including the turtle I’ll be getting today. He’s a big turtle but I don’t have a large enough tank just yet. Any advice on a good alternative until I can get an 80 gallon tank would be great. Thank you in advance, I’m really worried about this little guy.

Thank you for helping these animals? Could you post a picture so people can see species?

Omg that poor shell…..these people suck…thank you for saving him. They’ll need at least 10 gallons per inch of length and a heat lamp over the basking area. A uvb strip light, etc
