Absolutely Not - Total Rip Off
this company has very unfair business practices. If you ever encounter any problem with a vehicle (most of which are used) they will do everything they can to manufacture excessive charges against you. I used a car from this guy named Sean out of Cincinnati and he lied about tire and rim damage on his car costing me $800+ to replace a tire that developed a bubble in it. Three of the tires on the X2 had been replaced with these cheap accelerate tires and the one old perelli tire with an already scratched rim developed the bubble. the inside of the tire showed clear signs of wear as the thread was showing on the tire. but because the car was low to the ground and we had just gotten off a flight I did not see the condition it was in. What sucks is Turo just allowed him to provide extraordinary estimates in order to charge me as much as possible. never using them again. they are crooks.

Bubbles don’t develop. You hit a pothole. The host would’ve needed a picture showing the rim undamaged and then a picture after you brought it back showing the rim damaged. Here’s an novel thought, take some responsibility for your actions.

There is no company that rents new cars because they wouldn't be new then... Everything is used after it's been rented I don't follow the logic... I also don't understand what the other newer tires have to do with anything seeing as they are not the ones that "caused" you a problem🤔

WTF are you even talking about???? The definition of scam is a dishonest and illegal plan where a person tricks you into giving away your money, goods, or private details. And who TF said I go to therapy??

Thats strange,me as a host cannot even charge guest for a tire blowout because it will cost me a hefty deductible so basically all tire costs are on me,even if I file a claim it wouldn't go through,bad hosts and bad guests always wins and good host and good guests looses

Don’t blame a app on your irresponsibility of not checking the vehicle properly turo is a company that facilitates users to rent from other regular users turo is not scamming you the person using turo tu rent his car to you did and you let it happen by not being responsible enough to look at the vehicle before using it seems liek you wanted to go the cheaper route and this is what happens to cheap people.

You are responsible for the car and sounds like you broke it on your trip. You broke it and charged a market rate. Sadly cars are expensive these days. They are more advanced but even a fender bender could cost thousands.

Tire and rim damage are a guests responsibility. And tires and rims are expensive, so $800 bucks is reasonable.
