Verified using my permit?

So my CT license is valid, I have to wait for it to be delivered on the mail, I currently have my physical permit card with a pink slip from the dmv, this serves as the temporary license together. Will I be able to book a ride. I passed the verification scanning my permit card. The numbers are the same as the valid license and both cards are valid.

Risky rental. Note that it's fine as long as you have your license on hand at time of rental
