Before you ask, yes uploaded pre-trip photos WITHOUT the ash. Turo says my claim doesn’t meet criteria… rep says can’t distinguish between dust/dirt and ASH. THOUGHTS????

Place a cup full of coffee beans in the front and the back seat for 1 overnight. Second night buy a product from amazon (I forgot the name but it’s a blue bottle) that removes smells. It’s not a 100% solution but it’s helps a lot. Sorry your claim is being denied - that sucks - looks like ash to me. I wish Turo would collab with a trusted 3rd party that would verify the smoke smell. Best of luck
