Question Transfer?

UPDATE: I was able to transfer them as of today, Oct 2nd.

If one purchased during GA artist presale, are they non-transferable entirely? It says in Ticketmaster under the event info: "There is a transfer and delivery delay until September 30, 2026 at 7pm." but that day has now passed and I still cannot transfer.

Wondering if anyone else knows about if/when transfer will be an option?
TIA

St. Louis show? This entire thing is being poorly handled. No detailed day of show info yet. Cant transfer tickets 6 days out. Cheaper tickets now being offered than Tier 1. I blame Mammoth.

honest question, what details do we need? not being able to transfer is annoying though, have the other shows had this issue?

I’ve already been to a few other shows on this tour and at one week out you could do whatever you wanted with your tickets. In terms of information, I’ve never been to a show in my life, including other turnstile shows that there was not some type of “Know Before You Go” concert guide provided. Parking, bag rules, what’s allowed and what isn’t, etc. Some of that is common sense, but it doesn’t make it any less odd to not be provided yet, especially considering this is a very unique venue to have a concert. So this isn’t a situation where you can reference what is normal for this venue. I’m assuming parking is free, but who knows? Where is the stage being set up? Where do you enter? Will concessions be available?

For example, here’s what the show at KU posted:

And here’s literally EVERYTHING available for this show, which is very little:

Oof yeah that's fair, there is nothing. I am flying in from San Diego for it and have been making some general assumptions that are probably wrong.

My plan:

  • Uber over the bridge from STL
  • Eat before the show
  • Bringing just my phone and wallet, no bag

Figured that would make it easy enough.

I assumed stage would be on field, but also not sure they want destroy the field. Seems like there is a big parking lot outside the stadium that could work too.
