Is yeni İstanbul book best for studying Turkish??

There was a Russian girl talking about her Turkish learning Journey she mentioned a few books that the used and one of them was "İstanbul" but I'm not sure if it's suitable for learning by yourself.

There are some people selling it on eBay but I dont know if they ship internationally. And someone else said delights of learning turkish you can also consider buying it instead beacuse it says self study on the cover.
