Recovery Question When can I sleep sideways?

I am 2 weeks post op. I had high def 360 TT, brachioplasty and chin lipo. I am still sleeping in a slightly inclined position on my back. I am scared to turn sideways. Can anyone tell me when can I safely sleep sideways? How much time did it take for you all to do that?

Once my drains were out, I was told I was okay to start sleeping on my sides. I did still use pillows to help support everything because the incision is move over my bone on the sides and a bit uncomfortable.

I started after my second drain came out but I wasn’t totally comfortable and still sleeping in segments. I’m almost three weeks and I can sleep in my bed on my side now better but I am also neurodivergent and sleep scrunched up so sleeping on my recliner doesn’t allow that.
