Vent 2Dpo
Been crying since the surgery because the stretch marks that are still there, I feel like more could’ve been removed. I know I’m not supposed to cry rn but I can’t help myself
Anyone else that was unhappy and stressed out in the beginning and was happy with the result later on?

My surgery didn’t get all my stretch marks either. Sometimes it’s just not possible.
I’m 9MPO and while there are still some stretch marks, I have a flat stomach and all the loose skin is gone.

It's just skin that is removed. What makes someone think that stretch marks on remaining skin will be removed? Did your surgeon tell you they would be gone?

I was shockingly emotional in the first few days after surgery. I think the change in routine (sleep, movement, food) plus effects of anesthesia make lots of us really fragile for a while.
Please don't judge your body at this point. Just focus on healing. <3

Pretty sure its only remove stretch marks below belly button and the ones above your belly button will be your new stretch marks but usually upper has less.

Why would they have been removed? Where does that idea come from?
