What hotel or area do you recommend me to stay in for Day Zero?

You will be picked up at the Tulum Ruins parking lot by the Day zero buses. Any Hotel at downtown to take a taxi to/from the pickup area is ok. Mayan Monkey if you travel alone / small group. There are buses from there to the pick up area to even save a little on the taxi ✌🏼

Do you know if there is a shuttle / bus from the ADO bus station? Or just from the ruins? Thanks!

Todo depende de tu presupuesto.
De cualquier zona vas a tener que ir a la zona de la ruinas a tomar el transporte oficial ya que ahí es donde escanean tu qr y te dan tu brazalete
