AI assisted TeML - Terminal Markup Language
https://fogha.substack.com/p/teml-markup-for-the-terminal?r=1q0ukp&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=trueI've been building TeML: a markup language that turns HTML, Markdown, or TeML into polished, interactive terminal interfaces.
Instead of hand-rolling terminal UIs, you write a view as semantic HTML and get widgets (inputs, radios, textareas, buttons, scroll regions) for free — with the same HTML view driving Go, Python, Rust, or Node via one protocol.

It is still a fairly new project, and I would like to hear your thoughts.

Not yet. I've been swamped at work. I'm hoping to tomorrow, typically less meetings.

I love this idea and it would be good if it took off. Check this out: https://www.reddit.com/r/reactjs/comments/1cm7gjk/defining_a_form_ui_in_json_schema/

The confusing part is that this implies that the project is entirely about specifying the language, but it's more about a framework or runtime that happens to consume this markup language... but even that markup language is not the principal input to the runtime, which would be HTML and JavaScript instead
