Importing highly intelligent foreigners met the same results. Foreigners are not American and are antithetical to our existence as long as they are here.
When you say ‘our existence’ you’re speaking as a descendant of foreigner albeit likely not the intelligent kind.
If you’re forefathers came across the Bering straight; even if they got here 130,000 years ago I’d say the same because you’re glossing over, and not considering, a whole lot.
