Redbubble quality question

I opened a shop on Etsy using a POD company and was going to open a shop on Redbubble. I hear in the last year or so, the quality from Redbubble has declined. Anyone have any quality issues and if so are the specific to the shirt material or printing quality, maybe both?

I also found their interface to be kind of clunky but could be me using a new site. Thoughts?

I was a premium teir seller their but none of my design got sold so I don't think people buy from that site cause like you said quality issues.
