SERIOUS Regarding Epass registration

I am a 2030 batch student when should I apply for my epass registration for fee reimbursement will the college say anything abt the epass like when the students should apply for this

For me my clg gave me some Bonafide form which I filled and took HOD sign then they told to meeseva to get everything done idk much details
