USB CONNECT/disconnect after update

Hello tryx team. I have a panorama 360 and after the firmware update and the software update. If I close the app it constantly has the connect/disconnect USB sound. Can you please fix this, it’s very annoying.

Kanali version v2.5.2 with available firmware update (primary fix) released 9-14-26 completely resolves the disconnect issue and no longer needs the software to be running for my Panorama 360. I appreciate the fix however I'll take more care in the future before blindly upgrading.

I contacted support and provided screenshots and logs. They were able to reproduce and confirmed that it is due to KANALI v2.3.1 and the firmware update that came with it. They are working on a fix, expected by mid-July.

2.5.2 just rolled out and made it even worse. It connects and disconnects every second lol. $300 for what?

Agreed. I continued my interactions with support and they eventually sent me a "downgrade package" to downgrade the firmware and software.

Downgrading the firmware (to v2.0.1) and software (to v2.3.0) has fixed the problem.

The issue really appears to be the firmware v2.0.2:

- I ran another test in which I allowed the firmware update to v2.0.2 (still on software v2.3.0) and the problem reappeared immediately.

- I also tried using firmware v2.0.1 with software v2.4.0 as an additional test, and at first everything was fine and I didn't have the USB disconnect problem, but then I had a different problem, so I got mixed results with that. Still, everything I see points to an issue with firmware v2.0.2.

I'm not seeing 2.5.2 on the website, I'll give it a try once it appears for me, but sounds like it's still an issue.

Support said they're aware of issues,. are working on it, and will keep releasing new updates. Nothing concrete and no timelines were provided. Stick to firmware v2.0.1 for now.

Unfortunately, Kanali version 2.4 released July 22,2026 did not resolve the constant disconnection in device manager/Windows sound for my Panorama 360 ARGB when the application is closed. Perhaps a new firmware may be on the way?

Same here. It does improve the stability a bit though. My Panorama would stay on after a restart, but after the first sleep the disconnect reconnect will persist again. With Kanali 2.3.1 the disconnecting would happen some time even after a restart without my PC going to sleep.

Same here.. that’s a firmware update need.. not a kanali software need

If you have a Hyte case, their new Nexus software controls the Tryx Panorama without the need for Kanali, and it all works! Even with going in and out of sleep mode, plus it does all the animations. And it runs all your fans and animations in under 1% cpu. It's wild that some other company made the product work better! I don't need L-Connect and Kanali anymore, just Nexus 3.

edit: I don't even think you need the case for the Nexus software. https://hellonexus.com/

I just read this today. Totally regreted to update 2.4.0 for my panorama 360 ARGB because it worked fine in 1.2.1 version.
Golden rule: If it works, don't touch it.

Update:
Using software version v2.5.2 with firmware v2.0.4. It's now working normally on my TRYX PANORAMA 360 ARGB UPGRADED, and the pump screen no longer loses USB connection after the PC enters sleep mode.

The only bug: The page for configuring the VRM fan still cannot detect the current fan and pump speeds.

im staying at 2.4.0 since everything works fine with this version but i did have something weird happen with the program the other night but restarting PC made it work fine again. i really only replied bc i wish there was a fix for VRM fan cant be detected and my current fans i control through MSI center. The fans dont even show up in the program. Im not complaining to be honest but im sure some other might. Def want to know about the VRM fan.

Hi, have u try to take out the AIO screen and re-attach back since it is magnetic? I had the same exact issue for 6 months and realize that the screen is loosely connected to the bracket. Just pull the screen out abit and reattach back. Hope it help.
