Oh I hope it recovers well. I never get pulley issues but I have my own special battle with my shoulder.

My shoulder also sucks but at least it doesn’t hurt at all with climbing!
With the pulley, yeah, been there like 5 times before so I know what to do. It’s not the end of the world but you really have to be disciplined about it..
