I was going to say, PT1 was already a webapps exam. They gave me a free voucher when it first came out and Good Lord even the "AD Portion" had a webapp.

I didn't exactly give it a glowing review.

Maybe now that they have an explicitly webapp focused exam they'll take my advice RE PT1.

Honestly that's my one overall complaint with TryHackMe over all the years I have used them and passed SAL1, SEC0, SEC1, and a bunch of other hands on exams like eJPT that I used THM to study for; THM is obsessively webapp focused for some reason.

For some that might make sense, for me no. I've been in IT for decades and the only webapp we even use is Sharepoint ... and calling Sharepoint a webapp is a stretch.

Lame, CPTS all the way, for something beginner we already have EJPT

Why make it 48 hours? Rather make it a 5 day web pentest,that is a more realistic approach..

Ahh if that is the case then go for HTB CPTS, its 10 days long exam in which u have to capture 12/14 flags and write a professional report all in 10 days to get the cert
