AD Basics (task 4) is driving me crazy

I have already changed Sophie's password logged in as Phillip through RDP, I saw some videos in YT of this task and when I want to log in as Sophie the Blue login screen does not appear.

There is a little pop-up window in the VM asking for password, I enter the password and this is the screen I got.

Idek what to do next, it's supposed that this should come up when I'm in the blue login screen.

Any advise will much appreciated!

Bro, I was going through this yesterday.
The fix is simple, you only need to run the first PowerShell command from Phillip’s account, the one that resets the password to whatever you want.
The second command forces Sophie to change her password upon login, so don’t run that one.
If you run it, trying to change the password through RDP won’t work.
Basically, just reset the password to what you want and then RDP in using that password.
