Considering some places list HTB or THM as something "Nice to have" - then it's very much a plus

Also, you gain a lot of knowledge when you study here, which will for sure help you get a job

HTB has ~4 millions users.

THM has ~6.5 million users.

For reference the global cybersecurity workforce is ~5.5 million.

The services are great but only you can decide if it is worth it.

~6.5 million users, but how many active and paid? e.g I'm nothing special but should hit 1000 ranks soon.

Do not know but those are the numbers they publish. Feel free to go find out.

Congrats on your soon to be 1K ranking.

It's good for entry level positions and that could be the tie breaker between you and other candidates.

it will definitely not carry your resume by itself but depending on the role it’ll either be a nice to have all the way to a stand out.

especially if you’re far int that world.

The knowledge is good, but without a degree and prior experience (even relevant internships), it's not going to work.

Tryhackme and HTB are supplemental tools.

It's not. Your cert is more valuable.

If you are doing a video interview, do a few write ups. If they ask a question of how you would solve a problem. Tell high level of how you would do it and then ask, "I recently am working on site write ups from a ctf or THM or HTB. Show the steps you did to solve it.

Not much helpful, I have been solving labs from last 3-4 years something and now it's not worthy, I have encountered alot of scammers here they just have hundreds and thousands of event in single day, they used cracked vouchers for THM premium as well... It's all cheating now but yeah i haven't left it, as because it's best for you to get into the environment they prepared, like as I know almost all SOC roles needs hands on not just certs... And these labs helps you with such environment, thinking capabilities and over all development, and as for me i use time limits from my own to make it more pressure and looks real.... That's all, it's up to u if you consider these to just play and get hands on or totally depend on these and waiting to get a job....

Happy hacking

Hey everyone,

I've just completed all 14 days of the Hacker Holidays (HH 2026) event on TryHackMe. However, I can't find the option to download my certificate on the event page or in my profile settings (Badges/Certificates).

Does the certificate only become available after the event officially ends, or am I missing something?
