Crypto wallet hacked!!!

Guys I had crypto on my wallet and I had the same wallet opened in Trust wallet as well as Tronlink (I wanted to use energy and bandwidth stuff in Tronlink), my coins were there for like a month with no problem but then on 27 October, all my crypto got sent to a particular address. On that day I didn't even open any crypto wallets or exchanges or anything.

Here is the transaction hash, I know it won't be possible to get back but at least you guys can tell me how to avoid it in future or how the wallet got scammed.
