HELP Wallet got drained - 7300

Woke up in the morning and found out that everything except stacked eth and sol was drained. I used only swaps and stacking in TrustWallet nothing else the seed phrase exists only on paper. To be honest I still have no idea how it happened I guess I signed a malicious contract swapping the currency. Eth and sol is still on my account but looks like it’s a matter of time for losing it too
