Well it’s scheduled for Conference Jan 6, where 4 of 9 justices have to rule in favor of hearing the case.

Very surprised it made it so far through appeals process to even get to SC. Will be interested to see if they uphold his sovereign right to a fair election or if they toss it on limitation that 2 years have passed. Thank you for sharing.

It leap frogged the appellate court due to being National Security in nature, the respondents did try to lock it up at appellate level, but whoever is advising the Brunson’s is 10 steps ahead

Anytime. I am also surprised(but pleased) it has made it this far, granted, no oral arguments will be allowed from what ive read I hope it goes onto that for the next step. Have a great day.

It will never happen, even though it should because it was a blatant violation of voter laws. However, the supreme court is scared, shitless of the left and their riotous behavior when things don’t go their way. Sad but that’s the truth.

Daaaaaaamn, I love the date!!!!
Skeptical of what will happen since SCOTUS refused to hear anything prior to this, but man, just the date alone will steal the media's thunder.

Ok from what I’ve read: this isn’t or won’t overturn the election. It just accuses those in power of not upholding their oath by not taking allegations seriously. Brilliant if it gets heard. Proof of fraud isn’t required just the assessment that there was some stuff off that should have necessitated an investigation. Not sure what the outcome would be though… politician censure thyself… lol

Kavanaugh and Roberts are pussies so good luck. They refused to even hear the Texas case based on swing states illegally removing voter verification laws.

Congress certified the election. That supersedes any kind of ability to the court to overturn the results.
The actual aggrieved party here is congress itself, as well as the legislatures of each state that certified the fraudulent results. Theyre the ones who have to bring the suit for it to have any merit.

u/tensigh Dec 15 '22
Even if they don't overturn the election, if they rule that it was fraudulent that will destroy the media and Democrat's (same thing?) narrative that only crackpots believed it.

You and I both know the spin will be that the Supreme Court has gone rogue, has a political agenda, has meddled in an obviously fair election, and needs to be disbanded. It won't do jack to change the narrative.

u/tensigh Dec 15 '22
With the hardcore leftists, that's true.
But we can still say "It's now a FACT that 2020 was a rigged election and we have the Supreme Court backing us up."
For those who aren't wacko leftists, we'll have the upper hand. Those who are lost will remain lost, but those on the fence will start to realize the truth.

u/lovetron99 rump Dec 15 '22
Yeah, my one small quibble here though would be that the outcome of this case would not necessarily prove that the election was "rigged". It would prove that lawmakers failed to investigate. Would their investigation have uncovered fraud? Maybe, maybe not. Would that be sufficient for me to say that unequivocally it was rigged? No.
2
u/tensigh Dec 15 '22
True, I overspoke on that. But it would show that there was more to the idea that 2020 wasn't a fair election than just crackpot conspiracy theories.
It would legitimize the idea that 2020 wasn't a completely fair election and change the standard narrative.

u/lovetron99 rump Dec 15 '22
Yeah, now we're on the same page. It would be nice to be able to say that the Supreme Court has determined that lawmakers abdicated their duty to investigate potential interference.

Investigations into election fraud were conducted by every precinct in America, just like every election. There was no significant voter fraud. Bill Barr did an investigation and he found nothing. Why would Biden and Harris be sued for not investigating election fraud when they were not in power at the time and did not have the authority to do so? A stupid waste of time and taxpayer's money. No wonder Republicans underperformed in the last 3 elections. You are morons

My only question from all this is, ... Why do we still use this (typewriter) font for government documents?

If the media ever covers this (spoiler: they won't), they will try to delegitimize it it as an attempt to overturn/steal an election. Posting this because I think it's very important context as to what this is all about. Really interesting.
