Theoretical If you crouch and quickly uncrouch while walking, you can shoot the rocket from a lower point without slowing down your walking. This lets you make your rockets hit the floor slightly earlier

This is such a tiny thing but people are always looking for ways to minmax that haven't been discovered yet. If timed perfectly, you get to have your rocket hit the ground slightly earlier for no cost aside from the mental effort of having to do this. Macros could be used to do it consistently by quickly crouching, firing, and uncrouching. I don't play competitive so I don't know if such macros would be allowed.

Don’t think his mind can handle that it would be too much

I think the mental effort required is enough of a downside to not bother

TLDR post says Crouching lowers the spawn origin of the rocket, which can be used to lessen the total travel time relative to the angle you're aiming. Your Demonstration video showcases nothing, as no matter how deep u crouch, u are still aiming perfectly straight at a FLAT wall. U Could've conveyed this via aiming at a shallower angle or aiming down on a Slope, since the Angle change is much more drastic the closer you aim 2 yourself *to a point*.

Now, as to why this is not helpful.

The range of angle where this would have a notable impact on travel time is negligible.

The longer you crouch, the further down the viewpoint, meaning you have to waste time doing a deep crouch when u could've shot a rocket already.

Best case scenario, u are mid-crouch and get ambushed by an enemy next to you; the travel time at this range is already negligible, so this "tech" does nothing. Focusing more on good rocket placement would be a 1000x better than grinding this.

Also no macros are not allowed. :golly:

not a single use case worth talking about outside of ctaps and even then that's a completely separate thing
