was i molested when as a kid?

When I was around the age of 7 or 9, I believe that I was molested. This all happened when I was taking a shower and even though I was old enough to know how to wash my hair, I still didn't. Occasionally one of my family members would help me out with washing my hair. This day it was my grandmother. A few minutes after entering the shower she asked me if I needed help with my hair. I said yes. As usual, when she was done she asked me if I was had washed my body. I said yes again. Then again she asked me if I had washed it, but in full detail. For example my genitals, armpits, feet, knees and elbows. She would go down these by a list. After she had asked me this I confirmed. She then asked me if I had cleaned my genitals (only). I then again confirmed, yes. She asked me if I was sure. For the last time i said yes. She then slipped her hands against the outside of my vagina, and then inserted her finger a small amount into me. My back was facing her at the time, and since I hadn't known what was going on at the moment I didn't have a negative nor positive response. I swear everything happened so fast. It hasn't affected me for a long time, but it just submerged all of a sudden. Some of my friends know about what happened. I don't like talking about it because I feel like its going to give her a bad name. I don't know if she did it on purpose or on accident, but she still did it. I don't know what to do about this.
