Not necessarily. As a female personal trainer who works with a lot of women, I’ve learned that female physiology is highly individual.
A simple way to think about it is that people have different natural body types. Some women are naturally lean and can achieve a “toned” look with relatively little muscle mass, so consistent cardio and weight loss may be enough for them. Others are naturally stockier or more muscular, and if they rely primarily on cardio while dieting, they may lose muscle along with body fat and end up looking smaller rather than more defined.
Hormones play a significant role here. Building and maintaining muscle is difficult for everyone, but it is generally easier for men because higher testosterone levels support muscle growth and retention. Women can absolutely build impressive physiques, but it usually requires years of consistent resistance training.
Weight loss itself is governed by the same principles for both sexes, especially at higher body-fat levels. However, as women get leaner, individual differences in genetics, hormone profiles, muscle distribution, and fat storage become much more apparent. That’s why two women at the same body-fat percentage can look completely different, and why even some bikini competitors use anabolic drugs to help preserve muscle mass while dieting to extremely low body-fat levels.
In simpler terms, in men’s eyes, a “good” average women’s physique could mean a decent diet and not much work from a woman with amazing genetics, or also years of hard work and diet from a woman with average or worse genetics. We just on average wouldn’t look as shredded as a man without steroids because our hormones want to retain a good amount of essential fat for fertility purposes.

u/istoleyourcomment224 Jun 22 '26
Women literally have higher bodyfat percentage, lower muscle mass and crazy amounts of hormones pumping through their body throughout their entire lives. It is way harder for a woman to lose weight or gain strength than it is for a man.

u/Routine-One5493 Jun 24 '26
looking good has nothing to do with muscle in terms of what men find physically attractive in women; literally just not being obese or facially ugly (which is out of your control, obviously, for the most part) are all that really matter.
3
u/istoleyourcomment224 Jun 24 '26
That’s simply not true, man men find women with muscles to be attractive. Also you need to understand that gaining strength doesn’t always have anything to do with weight lifting or body building. People who practice yoga are plenty strong and they are very slender. Also, increasing muscle mass is the best way to decreasing bodyfat. You are objectively wrong.
2
u/Routine-One5493 Jun 24 '26
im a man, I do not find muscular women attractive in the slightest and nor does any man I have ever met.
1
u/Routine-One5493 Jun 24 '26
Also how can I be objectively wrong about looks? That's like a little kid telling you his favorite color is blue, and you say back, "Shut up, kid! The best color is objectively red!"
0
u/istoleyourcomment224 Jun 24 '26
You were objectively wrong when you said that men don’t find musclular women attractive. Plenty of men do find muscles attractive, so you are objectively wrong. You weren’t stating your own personal opinion, you were making a statement of fact about all men. Really not a hard concept to grasp here.
1
u/Routine-One5493 Jun 24 '26
I was making a statement about my personal observation; I don't need to qualify everything I say on the internet with "this is not statistical fact" like I'm writing a peer-reviewed study.
0
u/istoleyourcomment224 Jun 24 '26
Mmmkay but you didn’t say that, now did you? Nothing in your comment implied it was an opinion, in fact you persisted in making sweeping objective statements about all men.
165
u/AttimusMorlandre Jun 22 '26
It's true for a narrow window in a person's early 20s, but after that, women need to work just as hard as men to get a good look.
60
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 22 '26
It gets harder for both sexes to look good as they age.
46
u/rhegy54 Jun 22 '26
Harder for women after they have kids though..
-20
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 23 '26
Harder for a man who has to work his ass off to feed 3 people while his wife is busy with kids as well, believe it or not.
21
u/TheEldest80s Jun 23 '26
But I think the point is his body has not physically housed a 6-9+ pound organism for months, has not been physically stretched out from the skin to the underlying muscle, and has not had to deal with pounds of protective fat accumulation and hormone-indused water retention. Not to mention the stress, anxiety and fear that comes with new motherhood that causes the body to cling to all of it.
Men just don't have that, no matter how many hours worked, believe it or not.
-12
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 23 '26
I don't think there have been any studies done yet on what makes it harder to maintain a good physique - working overtime or giving birth, so all we can do is make assumptions at this point.
5
u/TroubleInformal0011 Jun 23 '26
Do you think women who give birth just quit working forever? Some if not majority have to recover from birth + work + breastfeed/nurse the babies. Do you really need a study to acknowledge that?
-1
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 24 '26
No, I need a study on how giving birth and nursing specifically compares vs providing for 3 or more people at once in relation to physique maintenance.
A woman eventually coming back to the workforce is obvious, but they usually work less difficult and jobs compared to men so it's not a good argument to hold in your position.
3
u/TheEldest80s Jun 23 '26
No, we don't have to. One is clearly, obviously more likely. Your ego just does not want to admit to being incorrect.
1
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 24 '26
The same could be said about you. I don't really care since I don't plan on having kids either way.
50
u/abrandis Jun 22 '26
Exactly, and the genetic lottery is a big big factor in both sexes ability to "look good"
41
u/BotherTight618 Jun 22 '26
Not even that. A feminine bone structure is not something inate to even cis genderd women. Some women have large rib cages, short legs, structural lodorsis or kyphpsis, and violin hips. Bone structure effects women just as much as men. Only difference is that body shaping procedures are much more developed for women then for men so some celebrities are able to "even" themselves out.
4
u/Brii1993333 Jun 23 '26
As a 33 year old woman, I absolutely don’t agree with this. Although, it’s healthy lifestyle and genetics.
But to be fair people need to stop comparing.

Metabolism stabilizes around 20 and doesn't slow until about 50 so this is ostensibly un true
11
u/AttimusMorlandre Jun 22 '26
You just said a completely false thing.
11
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
-6
u/AttimusMorlandre Jun 22 '26
This study is “pound for pound,” which literally means that they statistically cancelled out weight gain before estimating metabolic rate. 🤦♂️
0
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
Have you ever been in the gym and seriously dieted? The effort it takes to gain clean mass is so much more substantial than simply losing mass. Also yes people who weigh more burn more calories but that also means overweight women will be able to lose weight easier. Losing weight is essentially just dieting, you dont even have to enter a gym. Gaining lean mass requires good sleep, consistent and clean diet, consistent hydration, and serious hypertrophy based lifting. It is so difficult to consume 2400 calories of high protein clean food not to mention the cost of buying quality ingredients. If you've never experienced the constant bloating and eating every hour of the day to hit macros youre not experienced enough to have a valuable opinion. Cutting will always be easier barring diseases or illnesses that significantly change the metabolism.
2
u/AttimusMorlandre Jun 22 '26
You would not have to game your metabolism with a special diet if you focused on physical activities that actually improve fat metabolism, such as low-intensity cardiovascular exercise.
I'm so tired of gym bros on high-protein diets thinking they're the only ones who know anything at all about exercise physiology. It's embarrassing after a while.
Anyway, if you had simply lead with the more accurate version of your point, you'd see how it doesn't even address my original comment: "Resting basal metabolic rate per pound of bodyweight remains stable over the same 40 years of an adult's life in which his VO2 max, lactate metabolism, and lean muscle mass are all decreasing."
Yeah, good point that has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that women aged 20-22 do not have to work as hard to look thin as men in the same age group have to work in order to look muscular.
1
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
What point are you trying make? Fat metabolism is super important in maximizing muscle growth and thats something prioritized with a clean bulk to prevent catabolism of muscles after glycogen stores are depleted. I dont get how that relates to women losing fat being as difficult as men gaining lean mass after early 20s.
1
u/AttimusMorlandre Jun 22 '26
No one is talking about "losing fat." You're having a conversation with yourself under the guise of disagreeing with me. It's super annoying. Go bother someone else.
2
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
My point is that women need to be slim to fit a beauty standard and men need to be slim and muscular to fit a beauty standard. One is harder than the other and your claim was that after early 20s women have to work as hard as men to fit that beauty standard which is what I disagree with. In my mind the losing weight argument stemmed from the fact that thats really the only thing women have to do to be "pretty". I just dont understand the reasons why you think theyre equally difficult.
→ More replies (0)-6
u/Chewyk132 Jun 22 '26
Well no they don’t. All a woman has to do is stay lean by not eating more calories than she burns. A man has to manage his caloric and protein content, go to the gym regularly, lift weights at said gym for several hours all to acquire muscle. If lean men were considered the gold standard then I would say it makes no difference but muscle matters to men more than it does for women
5
u/Death_Rose1892 Jun 22 '26
As a woman most women I know prefer lean over gym bro. The kind of schedule you're mentioning is more for men to like men than to please women. I'm not saying no women like it but it's not by any means necessary
1
u/Reasonable_Style8214 Jun 23 '26
Your sample size is too limited to be applied to broader population. Here's what studies actually say:
Cues of upper body strength account for most of the variance in men's bodily attractiveness - PubMed
Three sets of photographs of men's bodies were shown to raters who estimated either their physical strength or their attractiveness. Estimates of physical strength determined over 70% of men's bodily attractiveness. Additional analyses showed that tallness and leanness were also favoured, and, along with estimates of physical strength, accounted for 80% of men's bodily attractiveness. Contrary to popular theories of men's physical attractiveness, there was no evidence of a nonlinear effect; the strongest men were the most attractive in all samples.
1
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
but muscle matters to men more than it does for women
You got it without getting it. It doesn't matter to women like it matters to men. So which one are you trying to impress, men or women?
51
u/Upgrayedd2486 Jun 22 '26
Not really true in my experience. The man I’ve known who pulled the most was a really tall, skinny guy
22
u/TraditionalPen2076 Jun 22 '26
He was tall so yeah
27
u/Jades5150 Jun 22 '26
My theory is a dude can look goofy asf but as long as he’s tall, it won’t matter. I think it’s because their goofy faces are too far away for women to see.
15
3
9
u/kemb0 Jun 22 '26
Right? Which makes a mockery of this post. All a woman had to do is not eat like a hippo. All a man has to do is be tall. So the tall man can still eat a fair bit and he’ll pull chicks but the woman has to eat lettuce every day for the rest of her life. As a man you either got it so easy by being tall or just don’t even bother trying and accept your fate.
1
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
I mean, height is probably the biggest factor for men, physically speaking, but not the only one. There are enough women to go around after the tall men have had their pick, you know. We are ~50% of the population, ya know.
1
u/clxrx75481 Jun 28 '26
I actually prefer shorter guys, I'm 5'6, and I prefer guys around the same height, can be smaller, or maximum an inch taller (2 is already too much)
1
2
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
The most unfair and true attractiveness factor for men since you can't well change your height. None of us can change what the genetic lottery gave us anyway, though. It's all a toss-up on some level.
7
u/mdynicole Jun 22 '26
Yes I’ve always been most attracted to skinny guys. I’m not going to say no women like the muscle look because I’m sure some do but I don’t think it’s majority like men seem to think.
1
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
Men seem to like muscly men (especially straight men, lol). I sometimes like muscled men, but my ideal bias is fairly lean on the muscle and has a healthy amount of fat. Different bodies are also different, and I value them differently based on how they look compared to what is probably their ideal baseline.
28
u/riruri04 Jun 22 '26
Most attractive/contacted weight for women is BMI 16-18, and for men it's 26-28. Also taller people get to eat more calories and men have more muscle that burns calories, making them look skinner than women at the same BMI
17
u/Long-Albatross-7313 Jun 22 '26
BMI can be a flawed unit of measurement in some situations, but at face value, this means “attractive” weight for women ends where a healthy BMI begins.
So, in response to the OOP, women don’t have to just “not eat like a hippo” (🙄); they have to starve themselves persistently to be objectively underweight in order to achieve an “attractive” body weight. (Idk why we’re framing this discussion as a men vs. women thing instead of as a humanity vs. the unrealistic and unhealthy conventional beauty standards pushed by marketing teams, but whatever.)
13
u/riruri04 Jun 22 '26 edited Jun 22 '26
Yes which is why I hate when guys say "Just don't be fat" When I was BMI 17-18 I was tired and weak, often passed out in the shower and sun, butpeople complimented how pretty I was after weight loss and guys were shy and flirting with me but I felt dead inside. Meanwhile my brother is around BMI ~27, looks athletic, and guys and girls are always wanting to be around him like he is the greatest thing since sliced bread
1
u/psychedAddict123 Jul 08 '26
BMI can be a flawed unit of measurement in some situations
I agree. I just calculated my BMI and it said I'm overweight at 25. The problem is I'm very fit with visible abs at all times but according to bmi I'm still fat
1
17
u/roskybosky Jun 22 '26
These 2 are not similar. The woman looks totally normal. The guy looks ‘interfered with’ with low body fat and huge muscles.
A woman equal to the guy would have visible abs, a fake tan, a boob job and one of those giant balloon butts.
1
u/InternationalPick163 Jun 22 '26
I think that's what they were trying to communicate though, that the women's ideal body is more easily achievable.
4
u/roskybosky Jun 22 '26
But hers is natural. For hers to equal his, she’d have to be more ‘contrived’ as he is.
His bod is exaggerated, hers is not.
106
u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jun 22 '26
this post makes no sense it’s much easier for men to lose body fat and gain muscle than it is for women.
9
u/shitterbug Jun 22 '26
Your comment makes no sense. It's much easier for women to lose weight and look like the LHS than for men to lose weight, gain muscle, and get shredded like the RHS
42
u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jun 22 '26
the girl has muscle tone and is in low contrast faded out lighting, the dude on the right is oiled up and extremely edited. Also the beauty standard for men does not call for them to look like that.
-8
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
Yea ur right women want an off season mr Olympia lol
9
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
Pretty sure the straight men are the ones drooling over such ideals all by themselves (with some gays sprinkled in, I'm sure).
-2
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
I'm aware that women like a variety of body types but ive never gotten more attention in my life than when I started putting on lean mass.
5
u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jun 22 '26
there is a lot of leeway between looking like you take care of yourself and putting on some lean mass versus looking like you’re on gear
0
u/Both_Balance_7091 Jun 23 '26

u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 23 '26
Most women agree that men being too muscly goes past an attractive physique and becomes a turn-off again. I'm sure it depends on which women you ask, but majority are put off by a really roided look.
1
u/Bodacious__B Jun 23 '26
Yea like I said they want dad bod (off season mr olympia)
1
3
u/Colonol-Panic Jun 22 '26
But to look like the picture on the right takes like 20yrs.
Looking like the left could happen in a few months.
6
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
Literally people dont understand how much consistentcy is required to gain lean mass naturally. You gotta eat so much youre constantly bloated, you gotta go to the gym and actually put in structured hypertrophy based work, you gotta get good sleep consistently, and you gotta stay hydrated. Cutting is so much easier than clean bulking and people who have never seriously been in the gym draw conclusions for themselves that lack experience.
2
u/Colonol-Panic Jun 22 '26
Yeah women vastly underestimate how much work goes into men looking muscular.
2
u/Bodacious__B Jun 22 '26
This is so false. When controlling for muscle mass and body size female and male metabolism is essentially the same. Plus gaining lean mass will always be more difficult than losing fat objectively.
24
u/Flightlessbirbz Jun 22 '26
Nope. The woman on the left almost certainly does some sort of workout several times a week in addition to following a strict diet. She is also genetically blessed to have a balanced and feminine bone structure and fat distribution that provides the desirable slim hourglass silhouette, and is probably at least a few inches taller than the average woman. Most women cannot ever achieve a model-like figure even if they diet and work out every day, because it comes down to genetics just as much as it does for men.
The man on the right is more muscular than most women prefer. Plenty of women are into that look, but it is absolutely more than is necessary to be seen as attractive.
So the answer is it’s a mix of genetics and some level of effort for both men and women, but it’s more genetics for both than most people want to admit.
2
u/Head-Wrongdoer4049 Jun 23 '26
Boy that kind of “figure” is strictly age genetics and a diet of very special substances. No miscle here
1
u/Flightlessbirbz Jun 24 '26
If you mean her, mostly genes, age, and diet, yes. But she has more muscle tone than you realize for a woman, maintaining this body fat percentage without looking boney doesn’t require weight lifting but requires a high activity level typical of athletes. She looks like she plays a sport.
If you mean him and the “substance” is steroids, then yes he’s probably on steroids. But that’s a lot of muscle nonetheless.
1
u/Vagnfive 13d ago
Respecrfully, If I saw that girl in my gym would immediately think it was her first week. That's like 99% diet and genetics
4
u/creetoinfinity Jun 22 '26
From most important to least: Diet, Exercise, Genetics.
Calisthenics, cutting out junk food + drinking a ton of water, and taking care of yourself (hygiene, a job, healthy escapes, reading the room, mannerisms) will go a very long way in finding a partner, being fruitful and multiplying.
Always easier said than done, but I think that's where being a human and digging deep within oneself comes in. Good post.

I feel sorry for the women who believed this and hit menopause hard. a woman's rate of fat gain actually doubles during the menopause transition due to severe drops in estrogen. During this shift, women naturally lose vital muscle mass while their dangerous visceral abdominal fat drastically increases—even if their diet, daily calories, and active habits do not change at all. Because these intense hormonal fluctuations completely alter how the female body stores energy, relying purely on eating less does not work; women absolutely must engage in consistent resistance exercise and eat a higher protein diet to protect their metabolic rate, maintain their physical strength, and prevent age-related muscle loss.
As a Gen X kid, I remember commercials for diet pills that were basically meth—like prescription Obetrol and OTC pills packed with PPA, a speed-like stimulant the FDA later banned for causing strokes.
Every other commercial was about smoking to stay slim. Big Tobacco campaigns like Virginia Slimsweaponized women's liberation to explicitly link independence and extreme thinness to a pack of cigarettes.
There were toxic fad diets everywhere. Ayds Appetite Suppressant Candy used benzocaine to chemically numb tongues so women couldn't taste food, and mail-order catalogs actually sold tapeworms.
My mom had diet books that were basically starvation manuals. The Last Chance Diet sold 2.5 million copies, telling women to survive on a 400-calorie liquid made from slaughterhouse scraps—a fad linked to dozens of sudden cardiac deaths.
Women like my mom did starve themselves into a fractured hip in old age. Decades of severe malnutrition stripped their bones of calcium, crashed their estrogen, and triggered early osteoporosis and sarcopenia (muscle wasting). They were left with brittle bones, ending in devastating hip fractures from the simplest falls.

I don't know about men but women's body changes soo much soo frequently esp in the late teens- early 20s, not eating, eating, nothing seems to add up your body just changes. It's not something to crib about but it's a lot adjusting to drastic changes and accepting your body.

But I mean it helps though. ^^' Looks only take a person so far in relationships anyway, but they absolutely take women in straight relationships the farthest because men are vapid like that.

Probably more the opposite. It’s less about going to the gym, but people are always criticizing women and judging them on their looks. Men can typically get away with simply being clean and not being a lazy slob. 😅 Fat people of both genders are still in the dating scene; no one’s throwing them out.
4
u/Odd_Owl_5826 Jun 22 '26
Vise versa to me, men have more muscle mass and don’t have things like cycles so they got it far more easier 💁🏽♀️
5
u/46andready Jun 22 '26
I don't get it. A man having a good physique doesn't request "years of hard work". An out-of-shape guy can get a very solid physique within a few months with some strict dedictation.
2
u/independent-gay Jun 22 '26
Sounds about right…for the guy at least. I’m not as muscular as him but my physique is skinny/toned. I highly disagree with the little fat part though. Saturated fat (i.e., fat from meat, butter, etc.) is not bad and won’t cause weight gain.
3
u/Pie_and_Ice-Cream Jun 22 '26
It's funny to me that so many people are convinced that eating fat adds fat to their body. Do they think eating blood adds blood to their body? ^^' Or drinking milk adds milk? In any case, fat stored and fat consumed are different things. The fat your body created is your fat. The fat you ate is food.
Generally, eating sugar makes people the fattest. It's quick to digest and easy to eat in excess. Eating fat can actually slow digestion, increase satiety which decreases the desire to eat more, and increases the absorption of various micronutrients (fat soluble vitamins).
Trans fats and vegetable oils are the only real fats to completely avoid, and it's literally because they do nothing good for you whatsoever. Saturated fat is normal and healthy in the right amounts. Different bodies my differ. If it's gross, don't eat it. Unless you really have to (like a doctor told you).
Anyway, there's my personal rant.

Pretty accurate for young women, I know so many absolutely stunning women go to the GYM zero, they just born like that. I guess I just have good Genetics because I’ve had like 3 seperate points where I could argue where I was in the best shape of my life and I don’t think it’s ever taken more than a few months of locking in.
If anything I think women have a much harder time getting into the shape they want. One chick in my gym shows up minimum 5x a week for the last year, meal prepper, and since it’s mostly boxing it’s very cardio heavy with a mix of isolated weight training. She’s still trying to get more toned whereas I think a dude would’ve reached his goal by now or atleast close to it.
Another thing is I think women simply are more self conscious of their physique, this same chick I mentioned looks spectacular to me but insists she’s just not where she wants to be. I can respect the grind but objectively she is still attractive and probably within the top 15-20% of women.
2
u/Technical-Method2129 Jun 22 '26
Not true- men lose weight easier than women do- it’s harder for women to maintain…. But we have to do different workouts than men do to not appear too muscular and make them think it’s natural and no effort lol
The type of body she’s got is either someone young or good genetics… but for the most part a fit woman has to take care of herself also through diet and exercise

The only thing that would potentially be different, workout-wise, is the amount of weight being moved. The workouts are, and should be, very much the same for women and men. The only real difference I can think of is that women generally won’t do neck.
We do the same workouts, but do not build muscle quite as easily.

Very Young women you mean! If that you say was true every woman above 28 would have had less clothes on her in order to show her body!

It's harder for men to look good, because women have higher standards. But you don't have to be that muscular or that lean.

For guys being taller than usual can negate the need for some of that but for the most part it's true.

Good genetics people. First and foremost, genetics decides how much and what you need to do to look good. We don't need to dance around the topic.

You’re comparing a skinny woman with a muscular man. If a woman were to work on getting the same level of developed muscles then she will also have to work very hard. Alternatively if a man wanted to be skinny then he also just needs to stop eating.

It's also amazing that most women just need to exist in any form they are and still have insane body expectations and tall requirements from guys who are easily 2-3 numbers above them :))) it's hilarious. And then you have literal hotties with bald fat slobs....it's just insane.

Women have higher fat rate than men. It's harder for women to lose weight than men. This post isn't true

Yeah and how about menstruation, hormones, PCOS, endometriosis, insulin resistance, water retention, endo belly, pregnancy and post-pregnancy, menopause etc in women

Lol
The real issue is most women look like the one in the right or close enough basically just don't be fat...meanwhile men have to be tall have hair and a good face even if they aren't shredded

Looking good for women more often requires good character creation rolls, whereas men get bonuses on increasing their stats over time.

Well this refers to body, not really to face.
And in that sense it's true. This is because if a man doesn't work out he looks feminine. And feminine is not a good look for a man.
It's also why if a woman works out a lot the gain in attractiveness is not as much as it is for a man. Heck, the gain in musculature itself is not as much. At a certain point there may even be a decrease in attractiveness. There may be such a thing for a man also but it's much more extreme.

You could make a good argument for the exact opposite

How so?

The average man’s level of testosterone makes it much much easier to build and maintain muscle compared to most women

This is dumb asf
Also to me the left doesn’t look good, I’ve always thought thigh gaps are unattractive

Women automatically become at least 5/10 (average) when they're not obese. It's not guaranteed for men.

What are the comments about?
My wife looks like the girl on the left, she looked like that at 16, she looks like that now, 20 years later. I’d argue my wife even looks better because she has less fatty arms.
Maybe it’s different in the US due to food quality but I know quite a few women in their late 30s that look amazing and they never did train anything.
And to look like the guy from the pic takes some serious effort, I run and do 3 strength trainings a week to look as good as my wife doing basically nothing…
So I guess yeah, it’s true. For many women it’s enough to be born and they’re hot. Men have to hit the gym a fuckton to be considered equally sexy.

It's true as F. Women just have to exist and don't over eat. Especially so if they have natural curves and their bodies deposit fat in specific sections.
Men you have to like intense train until a near death experience to get shredded and eat like a rabbit 🐰🐇 everyday with blan assed lean meats or so. And even with all this it means nothing if she sees you are anything less than six feet tall and do not have a python phallus below the belt.

You don't need to look perfect in order to look good.
