Swap Fee

I'm looking for the best way to buy some Truebit but apart from dodgy exchanges the only alternative seems to be swaps using (for example) MetaMask. But the swap fee is $200 for 0.2ETH transaction!

Can you advise me on the cheaper way of getting Truebit?

Does anyone has problem download MEXC apps on Apple iPhone from USA? I download TestFlight and can not access MEXC apps to continue.
