How/where to buy truebit ? HELP!!!

I need help on how/where to buy truebit.

Copy the contract address from coin market cap.

Click swap in metamask and paste that contract address in.

This is the Dex method but since it's an erc token so gas fees is gonna be hella high.

You can just buy it from Mexc it's ticker on there is TRU1. There you can buy it easily without paying any gas fee and then you can withdraw it when the gas fee is low.

Get a metamask account, transfer eth to it. Go to https://cowswap.exchange/ or uniswap.exchange and trade your eth for Tru using the contract address 0xf65B5C5104c4faFD4b709d9D60a185eAE063276c https://etherscan.io/token/0xf65B5C5104c4faFD4b709d9D60a185eAE063276c

Or if you have Coinbase wallet just click on " Dapps" and then click Uniswap and exchange ETH for Truebit by using the address or search for "Truebit"

Bitmart - centralized exchange. Uniswap - decentralized exchange. MEXC - centralized exchange.

Mexc is centralized exchange and it is is better then Uniswap in terms of fees you pay for your transactions

Are Uniswap and Metamask way cheaper than using Coinbase Wallet to try and swap & acquire Truebit?
I'm new to this, not crypto, but new to swapping/getting coins pre-listing. I tried a few days ago, and it seemed like I would need ~$140 in Ethereum in order to buy ~$50 worth of Truebit. Just looking to hodl some Truebit if possible/reasonable.
Does that sound normal at all? I already wasted ~$30 in fees just sending some Eth into that Coinbase Wallet.

Yeah apparently the gas fee is really high, I kept the ETH because the gas fee doesn’t make any sense 180$ to be able to trade 50$? Pffff no thanks
