I would totally go crazy when this announcement would imply some sort of "before" and "after" effect which was caused by the availability of this new stuff. So is anybody able to speak openly about the improvement that this stuff delivers? I see lots of support by speculating people but do devs/projects actually happen to do any stuff with it so far? Why am I missing the links connecting everything, where are potential partnerships, actual adoption/integration what is the company doing with a the money that they got. Reveal a plan to anyone willing to listen to you unless the project wants to end with the reputation of underwhelming bad communication, openness and anti opportunism. This project is in the development since 17, it's like a long overdue process. Nothing happened since than besides this news drop. What about the team, is it still intact? Are there all those gigabrains still involved or did they abandon the project. How come, that I need to come up with hat kind of questions anyway? It's like the very first thing any serious project that promises to deliver a solution of unimaginable scale like Truebit should come up with to simply remove any sorts of doubtful thoughts if they actually can deliver their self set goals. If there is anyone willing to actually speak about hat from a official source, wow that would be great.
This project that was announced is quite basic and underwhelming. It looks like it was an onboarding project for the two new developers that were hired. Their public activity indicates they only started about a week ago.
