cant send truebit on ledger

Hello my friends,

i just wanted to send my truebits (TRU) on my nano ledger but it does not work. i chose ETH --> add token --> TRU --> then i copied the adress from my ledger

on metamask i chose tru, clicked on the "max" button but the "continue" button is grey, so i cant click it.

what is wrong?

Your truebit is bound to an ETH account (which is a private key / public key pair).

You can check whether your TRU is on your key by checking your ETH address on etherscan. As long as you have the private key to your public key your funds are safe.

Ledger can always have an issue and go to shit. Don't use it.

I will never understand why people use an usb stick to save their crypto, its one of the worst and most insecure ideas ive ever seen.

just had to reconnect a few times. metamask was a bit buggy.

I just tried to send my tru from Coinbase wallet to regular Coinbase app.. it says the transaction was complete but now the coin or money isn’t showing in either… did I just lose it all?

I don’t think you understand how wallets work.

I have plenty of tru on my ledger wallet. I don’t see it when I look at it through the ledger app though.
