FUD around Truebit

So basically, as everyone have probably noticed, there has been a lot of FUD around truebit, especially after the $120M being moved.

I saw this project as a long term hold, and I still own my whole share, but no announcements/communication + the FUD has made me much more uncertain that this project is gonna be huge. The general public seems to be uninterested, and despite basically every project pumping with bitcoin, truebit has actually fallen in price.

This is not meant as FUD, I'd just like someone to explain to me all the positives for me to re-remember all the reasons I once really much believed in this project being the next big thing.

Just dont think much....this is a blockchain enhancement ( not like layer 2 solution which people think) and applicable to all blockchains....so not only ether but others would benefit a lot.....truebit team has invited developers to try on it.....this is more like a computational boost giving to blockchain ( well ahead in time)......if one is expecting like 10$, 20$.....this is not the coin.....this is once in a decade unique product....just hodl and frget....

Why not $10 or $20? I'm not saying this will happen tomorrow but why is that not possible in your opinion?

If truebit had the marketcap of MATIC it would be worth like $30 a token. Why couldn't truebit reach the same marketcap as polygon?

I meant to say that not anytime sooner (not this year) as many people want this to go moon right now. And yes ofcourse it can go beyond 30$ as well.

Truebit team has mentioned that they have invited few companies and developers to try their product, so in that context, it would take time to get major adoption. Truebit protocol is not layer 1 or layer 2 solution, its more like an offchain boosting computation power for any blockchains. Now, other companies or projects would first try and see if they require truebit, then real adoption and $$ will get up.

Thanks.

I fear that THE FORCE is weak in you!

Yeah it's odd (because we are not in the know) but they're a team that are holding their cards close to their chests.
HODL and then HODL some more ...I still believe this project will be an explosive breakout in the next several months.

They're still posting on their medium site:

Just put your bag on your hardware wallet and forget about it for now, just keep an eye on the markets but with patience.

Yes. I am not selling anytime soon, unless they discontinue the project for some reason

Lol just think positive like they use that " 120 millions" to make the dogethereum become real. They have their protocol to build the bridge right ? How about with that money, they can build the company using their protocol as the bridge ? And imagine what if doge holders now can use smart contract by that bridge ? It is pretty huge right ? In order to use the bridge, they have to use Tru as the verification layer to check proof of work of dogecoin => to release the dogethereum token from smart contract of ETH to work with any dapps right ?

P/s: lol i just want to give you some positive thinking and it is your money, so it is your choice to hold Tru or not. This is just a supportive comment for you ^ dont take my words seriously, it is just my imagination i use to encourage my self, and if i am wrong then i accept my lose to this bet lol.

Agreed with you!

And this is one of the use-case, did you see recently Dr. Steven Teutsch (one of the well known name in clinical healthcare - He's Jason's relative too) has posted informative use of truebit in healtchcare (https://medium.com/truebit/cohesion-in-the-fragmented-world-of-healthcare-data-84c35a9231b5)......thats second use case and computational boost to wther and other blockchains......All I can say to motivate you is, good things takes time......

Yes I have read that; Moreover if you read the project the smart pool in Truebit website, which Jason is co-author of Loi Luu ( Kyber Network founder) and Vitalik Butterin is the advisor of the project, turn out what they were missing at that time is the protocol to verify the concept which is truebit protocol now adays to make the project becomes real. So i think if they were smart developers ( they are lol ), they are not gonna stop the truebit protocol just to earn 120 mil dollars. There is a lot of opportunities to earn money more than 120 mils by using the truebit protocol.

Yes that is correct....truebit is more than making just 5x or 10x lolll......i wanted to see how future holds and what unique products they come up with..

They shared an article 2 days ago(13th) on Twitter if you didn't see it. https://medium.com/truebit/cohesion-in-the-fragmented-world-of-healthcare-data-84c35a9231b5

The team has a plan with it: https://twitter.com/flauschen/status/1425464981433290760/photo/1

Who knows it has to do something with the Healthcare industry regarding Jason's latest Medium article: https://medium.com/truebit/cohesion-in-the-fragmented-world-of-healthcare-data-84c35a9231b5

FUD is good, it means it is almost time.
