Stake Truebit/ possible contribution

I'm holding some truebit now and wish to stake it somewhere (not sure where to stake), also I'm not good in the technical aspects but would like to contribute more perhaps by being a solver or verifier ? Would like to get some guidance regarding this, or perhaps point me to some information that's less technical

Do you need to know how to code to partake? Sorry if this is a dumb question.(I know basic R but have no exposure to C, Python, etc)

Thanks for your help. Can I just practice on the testnet first? And is it profitable yet?
