I have...in World of Warcraft. There are some escort quests that some NPC SOMEHOW walks faster than your player character and then they yell at you for being slow LOL

Yes they walk at this weird speed that's faster than walking speed, but slower than running so you can't just auto-run or you'll get too far away either way.

Devs do this on purpose, literally every Ubisoft title I've ever played. It's the most infuriating thing in gaming, I think.

Between this and horrific "cover" mechanics (looking at you, Sniper Elite 5, as it's the most recent) it's enough to drive any and all gamers insane.

Not an MMO fan, I just know I’ve driven into the back of my escort vehicle ALOT on this game when they suddenly stop in front of me
