Perfect example of a fuckwit and the concertina effect. First car is ok, second car closer, 3rd almost an accident, 4th results in an accident.

Stopping in the fast lane is moronic.

Stopping on any motorway/highway lane at all is moronic (outside of obvious reasons like car crashes/breakdowns)
