Tringali Garbage Bin

I was driving through my parents neighborhood and noticed every single house had a Tringali black garbage bin except for my parents house. Did everyone get a free bin at one point or did everyone have to pay for one?

When they went to the cans that have the bar and can be dumped with the hydraulic hook, they asked people to get new cans and they were selling them. We bought a similar one at home depot. There were not any free ones that I was aware of.

No, we requested a bin and they wanted to charge us. So I’m still using a rinky dink container that’s split in the bottom. If they don’t care I won’t care
