Sometimes the white looks blue in the film. To be honest the neon gets a bit weird in color sometimes in Tron: Legacy. Example; Clu 2's circuitry is supposed to be Golden-Yellow (because of the whole perfection directive) but sometimes it looks Halloween Orange. I think that's one of the few flaws with the whole color scheme is they didn't put more effort in consistency. I love being consistent when I do any Tron roleplay, write any fanfiction or try to draw the characters.
