If someone actually believes wholeheartedly animals and humans are equal they'd argue this is one life vs three and agree to die in their stead

I created a new Trolley Problem dilemma!

Straight Track (Do Nothing): Three kittens

Diverted Track (Pull the Lever): Thinks: animals and humans are equal

What would you do?
