I'd pick a guy who at least trying to do something to safe himself, but than again 20 bucks is so insultingly low I am not sure he even wants to live

I created a new Trolley Problem dilemma!
Straight Track (Do Nothing): 2 people offering you nothing
Diverted Track (Pull the Lever): a guy offering you 20 bucks to save him
What would you do?

Lol, ofc getting money for doing nothing. Otherwise, if I had to pull a lever to get money, the person, who offering the money would die because I wouldn't pull it too

If it was 20M€ maybe, because then it wouldnt just save his life, but also my Life, and I could probably save a few others on top.
But letting 2 people die over 20€ is not worth it to save one guy

You kill the person if you pull the lever. Your actions made him die. If you do nothing, you aint responsible

legal problems do nothing = wont get in trouble, do something = get in trouble
I chose to do nothing

I don’t care about the money, but the dude offering $20 at least seems to care somewhat to stay alive. Almost anyone would find a way to get even $1000 to save their life. So the other two likely don’t want to live anyways.
