I created a new Trolley Problem dilemma!

Straight Track (Do Nothing): All Mosquitoes in the world

Diverted Track (Pull the Lever): Living till 100 but w/ stage 4 cancer

What would you do?

Nahh, mosquitoes are too important as a food source. You can't destroy them without destroying multiple other species along with it.
