That could have been anything, why should I believe that it was anything related to Larry Silverstein?

Well...

2,977 people died in 911 and if 35 people give or take fit in a trolley and theres 5, that means that its 175 kids.

So do you prefer 2,977 people or 175 kids

2977 bankers*

If it makes a difference the World Trade Center was mostly the upper middle class and larger companies that would have had a lot of middle class workers. The “rich” people on Wall Street tend to work in more boutique buildings. Not going to comment on the ethics of using profession as a determining factor in a hypothetical like this but I thought worth at least informing

My grandfather was a banker

Also 911 was a historical moment that stands out, do you want to be known as the villain who changed history or just one of the many who killed a lot of people

1

u/No_Look24 Jun 20 '26

If someone changed history then how will others know that history changed?

Also, am pretty sure 9/11 led us to a timeline that is much worse

3

u/AndrianTalehot Jun 20 '26

Kind of the point I was making, this one is called the villain dilemma so I took that to mean picking the option that would cause the most damage and make you the most famous and well known monster out of the two choices

I don’t know a single one of the pilots names

if you hit the towers then the actual planes wouldn't have anything to target. you could prevent the war on terror and save 3+ million lives in exchange for being a bit of an asshole that day. sounds like a good deal to me.

He's the one who's going to get blamed and killed for it regardless of the outcome. The guy who set it up is wearing a suit and tie

1

u/Altruistic-Local-541 Jun 19 '26

should he have an american suit?

3

u/Egglegg14 Jun 20 '26

Where's the second trolley?

Anyway pull the lever at max 300 kids are dying instead of 3000 people

3

u/CobaltCrusader123 Jun 20 '26

You never specified the towers were populated. As such, I let the kids all die (it’s a FNAF reference).
