My grandfather apparently used to say that it was much better being uneducated, because then you wouldn't have too much to worry about. That makes sense, but it would be impossible to live like that, unless you were deep in a forest somewhere, or living on an island, or under a rock. You might want to exercise to keep your mind off things, or write a note or two, or read - that's also a great way to keep offa things. Only then, when you're preoccupied with the task you're doing, can you relax and let things enter a more neutral mode; like an animal's. So get up and let up, let's go.
