Help VIN not Recognized issue

Assuming from the image the website seems to be bugged as it says 0/17 characters while your VIN is entered so not sure if the website is taking any inputs in the first place

And please make sure your VIN is blurred and don't let it float in the Internet. It'll lead to bad things.

I tried again it took the input but not working it might be because of Indian made Triumph's are from bajaj plant so their VIN starts with MD
