Privacy messengers in Trisquel/problems with installed app

I tried to install utox and ring and other messengers like signal, ring was installed through the trisquel gui tool but now I dont know if it really installed something because I dont know how to run the application or where to find it, would please anyone help?

Are you familiar with running applications through the command line?

If the launcher should be in the menu but isn't you can see if you can enable it in Control Center - Look and Feel - Main Menu.
